How long will it take to receive my order? 

Subscription boxes are charged on the first day of each month, and will ship in the last few days of that month. For example, you will be charged November 1, your box will ship at the END of November, and will craft that box the first week or so of DECEMBER. 

Other orders will ship around the 4 week mark. We make every effort to ship out earlier; however, most of our products follow a preorder model, which means that they are NOT ready to ship. We will specify if certain products are ready to ship or will ship quicker than expected. 

We update on shipping times frequently via social media, so please make sure to check our page frequently for updates. We ask that you please check our Facebook page/your email for shipping updates before emailing, as it takes away from packing and prepping time to 

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the postal service or UPS, it is no longer our responsibility. If a package is marked delivered to your address and you did not receive it, we can not replace that item free of charge. At that point you will need to file a claim. 

If an item is damaged in the shipping process, we can not replace that item free of charge. We inspect each package before it leaves our premises to ensure that all items are intact, properly packed, and of the highest quality. 

Do you offer refunds? 

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE double check that you have accurately placed each order before you check out. We do not cancel orders that were placed mistakenly or in duplicate. We are NOT responsible for double orders, or incorrect orders placed. 

I live outside the US, can I order? 

We are unable to ship outside the US at this time.
