At Belle of the Barns, we hope that while helping supply you with creative projects and apparel is exciting for you, we know sometimes things happen during shipping, or the apparel might not fit the way we hoped. For those times, we do have a return policy in place.
Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item from the store that didn't work for you.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
- All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after delivery of your order, and must be in the same unworn, unused condition you received items.
- Items that are custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return. *Exception only if a mistake is solely made by Belle of the Barns. If order is exactly as customer orders, then no return is excepted.
- Craft Kits are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- We do not accept exchanges, as we cannot guarantee we will have the item you need in stock when the exchange is requested. If you do need to exchange, you can send your item back and receive a gift card / store credit for amount of exchanged item, which will be issued to you in the form of a code that you can use on our website.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card or code via email. We will not issue refunds.
