Subscription Policy

Belle of the Barns Policies – Memberships 

  1. Any changes made to memberships or subscriptions must be done by the 15th of the month PRIOR. For example, if you wish to cancel your subscription starting in March, you must email by February 15th. This allows us time to get the correct numbers to our suppliers and Amish community.  
  2. If you choose to cancel or pause your subscription, we reserve the right to not reactivate your subscription until the list opens back up. 
  3. All subscription boxes ship on the last day of the month. If they, for any reason, will be delayed, we will notify and update you via Facebook live, posts, and emails. 
  4. It is your responsibility to add your provided discount code to your purchases. We will no longer be able to adjust the price after a purchase is completed. 
  5. Our business hours are primarily 8:00-4:00 Monday through Friday. We make every effort to answer emails, texts, and messages in a timely manner, but we do ask that you give us 2 business days to respond.
